The Gap & Tipping Moments
God will direct my path, but He won’t take my steps!
Between knowing and going is a gap!
“Remember, it is sin to know what I ought to do and then not do it.” James 4:17
Some call the gap a “crisis of faith”, now the only question is…Am I going to trust the Lord?
Make your choice quickly.
One of the greatest enemies that I will ever face, that will drain my courage & push me backwards is “tomorrow” !!
Ø Tomorrow says that I can postpone and will discourage me with vain imagination.
Ø Tomorrow will bully me into thinking thoughts that I may fail.
Ø Tomorrow whispers that I will fail.
Ø Tomorrow is a lie!
Ø “How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow…only God knows” James 4:14 says
Ø “Don’t be concerned about tomorrow” Matt 6:34
Tipping point: Do I tip into the moment or tip backwards?
“If you fully obey…you will experience all these blessings” Deut. 28:1-14
Joshua tells his people, that if they tip backwards, the opposite of blessing will happen. A curse will come upon the people.
We know what we ought to do, but we haven’t yet made the move.
Choose today whom you will serve. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!
Life is a parade of NOW MOMENTS. Everything has to bow to the now!
I choose God!!!
